The kick-off meeting of the BioEco graduate school was held virtually on November 24th. On this occasion, the President of the Federal University of Toulouse, Philippe RAIMBAULT, underlined the ambitions of the Graduates Schools at the regional, national and international levels. BioEco graduate school aims to be among the best international players in the fields of biotechnology and processes for the bioeconomy. This graduate school integrates training and research by proposing innovative actions including the creation of the international master BioTechEco, an offer of short programs for PhD students and master’s students, as well as the creation of an international challenge combining teams of students ready to take on an interdisciplinary competition set in the priorities of sustainable development. The research is also valued with the funding of doctoral contracts and financial support for the international mobility of doctoral students.
